I/ONX Appoints Paul Bommarito, Veteran NVIDIA Executive, as President

Technology Industry Veteran to Lead Global Growth, Strategic Partnerships, Supply Diversification, and Commercial Expansion as I/ONX Enters Enterprise AI Infrastructure Innovation

LAS VEGAS, NV — August 4, 2026 — I/ONX, a leader in sovereign, heterogeneous AI infrastructure, today announced the appointment of technology industry veteran Paul Bommarito as President.

Bommarito brings four decades of executive leadership experience in enterprise technology, including nearly a decade at NVIDIA, where he helped build and scale the company's enterprise data center business across the Americas during one of the industry's most transformative periods for accelerated computing and AI infrastructure.

As President, Bommarito will lead I/ONX's global go-to-market strategy, strategic partnerships, and commercial execution. He will help accelerate the company's mission to democratize enterprise AI through open, heterogeneous infrastructure autonomy that delivers high performance, economic efficiency, and deployment flexibility.

“Paul has been at the forefront of every major transformation in enterprise infrastructure, from networking to accelerated computing and now AI,” said Steven Eliuk, CEO of I/ONX. "Since joining I/ONX as Strategic Advisor, he has helped sharpen our commercial strategy, strengthen our partnership ecosystem, and accelerate our market momentum. As AI infrastructure evolves toward broader silicon availability, open ecosystems, and enterprise-scale deployment, Paul's leadership will be instrumental in expanding our global reach and helping organizations adopt AI more efficiently, securely, and economically."

The appointment comes just as the AI infrastructure market enters a new phase of maturity. Enterprises are increasingly looking beyond access to a single processor architecture and instead seeking infrastructure that enables freedom of choice, resilient supply chains, strategic technology partnerships, and the flexibility to deploy the right compute for every AI workload. I/ONX's heterogeneous platform addresses these evolving market demands by allowing organizations to build sovereign AI environments without vendor lock-in while optimizing infrastructure economics across diverse silicon technologies.

Bommarito first joined I/ONX as Strategic Advisor in June 2026, and his appointment as President reflects both the impact he has already made and I/ONX's continued momentum as enterprises embrace more open, collaborative AI infrastructure ecosystems.

“Enterprise AI is entering its next chapter,” said Paul Bommarito, President of I/ONX. “Organizations are looking beyond simply acquiring GPUs and are focusing on infrastructure that delivers flexibility, resilience, and long-term economic value. As the AI ecosystem expands with new processor technologies and stronger strategic partnerships, enterprises need the freedom to deploy the right architecture for every workload. I/ONX is helping democratize AI by making high-performance, heterogeneous infrastructure more accessible, efficient, and practical for organizations of every size. Together with our customers and partners, we're building an open AI ecosystem that accelerates innovation while giving enterprises greater control over their AI future.”

The appointment reinforces I/ONX's commitment to building an open AI infrastructure ecosystem that gives enterprises the freedom to deploy AI on the architectures best suited to their business. By combining sovereign infrastructure, heterogeneous compute, and an expanding network of technology partners, I/ONX is helping organizations reduce cost, improve resilience and efficiency, diversify supply, and accelerate AI adoption across every stage of enterprise deployment.
